Tennessee Valley Winery was established in November of 1984 and is one of the oldest operating wineries in East Tennessee. We offer a selection of up to twenty different varieties and produce around 80,000 bottles of wine per year as well as ship around the country. Perhaps a perfectly crafted red, white or blush or fruit wine? No matter what you choose, we want our customers to feel relaxed in our atmospheric wine tasting room. Exclusively Produced

Over the years, we have grown and expanded both our wine list and production capacity. Today, we produce over twenty different types of wine including Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and other traditional varieties. In addition, we produce several wines from French hybrids as well as Native American grapes such as Concord and Muscadine. We also craft several fruit wines throughout the year including blackberry, strawberry, peach, and cherry. One unique and interesting note about our wines is that each fruit wine produced at Tennessee Valley Winery is made exclusively from that fruit–no concentrates or flavorings are ever used.

What a wonderful little hidden gem. If you haven’t been, it’s definitely worth the trip, and I don’t even drink wine! My wife absolutely loved it and she ended up purchasing 6 different bottles as she enjoyed the tastings! What I enjoyed is the woman working there was so friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention the fact that everyone who was there patronizing the place was equally friendly and helpful! Everyone was talking about how much they loved the community and recommending different restaurants and places to visit. We look forward to visiting again perhaps during their special events.

My wife and I missed out on our 20th anniversary in 2020 due to COVID. Decided to make up to her and ordered some muscadine wine from The Tennessee Winery. Which is where we stopped and got wine on our Honeymoon. Got 2 bottles of white muscadine, ( my wife’s absolute favorite) 2 bottles of red muscadine, 1 bottle of country red ( my favorite), and a bottle of peach that they drew a few days early just so we could have it on time. The people at Tennessee winery are awesome and very nice. And a must if you like Muscadine wine. Thank you all so much!
